Boise Airport Hosts Third Open House for Master Plan Study Update

Boise, Idaho – The public is invited to attend the third in a series of open houses on the master plan study update.

Date: October 24, 2017
Time: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Boise River Room (third floor of the Boise Airport)

The focus of this open house will be alternatives developed through data gathering and a review of aviation forecasts and airport inventory, and facility requirements. The public can view and comment on multiple display boards with information regarding:

  • Airfield alternatives
  • Terminal alternatives
  • Landside alternatives
  • Support facilities alternatives

A presentation is not scheduled but staff and consultants will be available to answer questions regarding the master plan study update.

The study helps the Boise Airport prepare for growth. It projects future operations, potential requirements, and suggests what the airport will needs to do to accommodate those changes.

Parking will be validated. Participants must bring their ticket into the meeting to be stamped.
