BOI Sunflower Hidden Disabilities Training

The Boise Airport has joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program.

Please watch the short video below to learn how to support passengers wearing the Sunflower lanyard in our terminal, creating a more inclusive and stress-free travel experience. Your involvement is crucial to making this program a success and ensuring that passengers feel understood and respected. After watching the video, please fill out the form at the link below. Please complete your training by certifying you've watched the video at the link below. The Boise Airport will provide you a Sunflower Supporter pin to wear on your lanyard.

Other Information:

  • Sunflower lanyards will be available for passengers to pick up in the Airport Admin Office (on the third floor) and at City Hall later this Spring. 
    • Passengers can also request their lanyard be delivered through the mail. Request form can be found here
